For this policy, “Anubhuti Vastram,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to the brand operated by Shilpa Sachdeva, Proprietor, under the registered business identity EKDANT FASHION.

1. Exchange Window

You may request an exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Exchange requests raised after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

 


 

2. Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the clothing item must be:

  1. unused;

  2. unworn;

  3. unwashed;

  4. unaltered;

  5. in the same condition as received;

  6. in its original packaging;

  7. returned with original tags and labels intact;

  8. returned with the invoice or proof of purchase from our website.

No exchange will be accepted if the product tag is broken, removed, tampered with, or missing.

 


 

3. Colour and Fabric Disclaimer

We try our best to display product colours and details as accurately as possible.

However, the actual product colour may slightly vary due to screen settings, lighting, photography, fabric texture, or device display differences.

Minor colour variation, fabric texture variation, print variation, or shade difference will not be treated as a defect.

 


 

4. Non-Exchangeable Products

The following clothing items cannot be exchanged unless received in damaged condition or unless a wrong product is delivered:

  1. customised clothing;

  2. stitched or altered clothing;

  3. made-to-order clothing;

  4. clothing without original tags;

  5. clothing that has been used, washed, worn, damaged, or altered by the customer.

 


 

5. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged product or a wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please share:

  1. order number;

  2. registered email or phone number;

  3. clear photos of the product;

  4. clear photos of the packaging;

  5. clear photos of the tags and invoice;

  6. an unboxing video, if requested by our team.

After checking the details, we will offer an exchange, replacement, or store credit, depending on product availability and approval.

 


 

6. Reverse Pickup and Shipping Charges

For approved exchange requests in India, we may arrange reverse pickup if courier service is available at your location.

Reverse pickup charge: INR 200 per product

This charge is payable by the customer and is charged only toward reverse logistics.

If reverse pickup is not available at your location, or if you do not want to use our pickup service, you may ship the product back to us at your own cost and share the courier receipt and tracking details by email.

 


 

7. Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please email us at:

Please mention your order number, product name, reason for exchange, and attach required photos/videos.

Once your request is approved, reverse pickup will be arranged within approximately 24 to 72 hours, subject to courier availability.

After we receive the product, it will go through a quality check. If the product meets our exchange conditions, we will process the exchange or issue store credit.

 


 

8. Store Credit

If exchange is approved and the requested replacement is not available, we may issue a Store Credit Coupon.

The store credit coupon will be equal to the approved product value, excluding shipping charges, reverse pickup charges, COD charges, or any other non-product charges.

The store credit coupon will be valid for 6 months / 180 days from the date of issue.

The coupon can be used for future purchases on our official website.

Store credit will be issued only after the returned product is received and passes quality check.

 


 

9. No Cash Refunds

Anubhuti Vastram does not provide cash refunds, bank refunds, or monetary refunds for returned clothing items.

Approved cases will be resolved through:

  1. exchange; or

  2. store credit coupon.

Refunds to the original payment method may be considered only if we cancel a prepaid order from our side before dispatch, if the product is unavailable, or if required by applicable law.

 


 

10. Cancellation Policy

Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

An order cannot be cancelled once it has been processed, packed, dispatched, customised, stitched, altered, or handed over to the courier partner.

We may cancel an order from our side due to stock unavailability, payment issue, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, delivery restriction, or operational reasons.

If we cancel a prepaid order before dispatch, an appropriate refund or store credit will be processed.

 


 

11. International Orders

No return or exchange is applicable on international orders.

For international orders, no refund will be issued if the customer refuses delivery or refuses to pay applicable customs duties, import charges, taxes, or local fees.

 


 

12. Quality Check

An exchange or store credit request may be rejected if:

  1. the product is used, worn, washed, or altered;

  2. the product has stains, perfume, body odour, makeup marks, or damage;

  3. the product tag is broken, removed, or missing;

  4. original packaging is missing;

  5. invoice or proof of purchase is missing;

  6. the product was not purchased from our official website;

  7. the request is raised after 3 days of delivery.

If the product fails quality check, we may return it to the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply.
