How to Raise a Return or Exchange Request

Customers can raise a return or exchange request directly from their user account on our website.

You can also contact us by email with the required details.

Please share the following details:

  1. order number;

  2. registered name, email, and phone number;

  3. product name;

  4. reason for return or exchange;

  5. clear photos of the product, tags, packaging, and invoice;

  6. unboxing video, if requested by our team.

Return and Exchange Conditions

The item must be:

  1. unused;

  2. unworn;

  3. unwashed;

  4. unaltered;

  5. in original packaging;

  6. returned with original tags and invoice.

No return or exchange will be accepted if the tag is broken, removed, or missing.

Reverse Pickup

For approved requests, we may arrange reverse pickup where courier service is available.

Reverse pickup charge: INR 200 per product

If pickup is not available at your location, you may ship the product back to us and share the courier receipt and tracking details by email.

Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds for returned clothing items.

Approved cases will be resolved through exchange or replacement only.

A refund may be processed only if we cancel a prepaid order from our side, the product is unavailable after payment, or a refund is required by applicable law.
