Minor variations in colour, texture, print placement, embroidery, handwork, weave, shade, or finish will not automatically be treated as defects.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

We are not responsible for payment failures, gateway downtime, bank delays, incorrect payment details, payment reversals, chargebacks, third-party errors, or unauthorised use of your payment instrument.

If payment is deducted but order confirmation is not generated, please contact us with payment proof. We will verify the transaction and assist with order confirmation or refund, as applicable.

 


 

11. Taxes and Invoices

Applicable taxes, including GST where applicable, may be charged as per Indian law.

Invoices may be generated based on the information provided by you at the time of order.

You are responsible for ensuring that your billing name, address, GST details, and other invoice details are accurate before completing the order.

Once an invoice is generated, changes may not always be possible.

 


 

12. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines shown on the website, product page, checkout page, or communication channels are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to:

Risk of loss or damage may pass to the customer upon delivery, subject to applicable law and courier confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including name, phone number, house/office number, street, landmark, city, state, and PIN code.

We are not responsible for delayed or failed delivery caused by incorrect address, unreachable phone number, customer unavailability, refused delivery, or incomplete delivery information.

 


 

13. Delivery Confirmation

An order may be treated as delivered once the courier partner, logistics partner, or delivery system marks the shipment as delivered.

If you believe your order has been marked delivered but not received, you must contact us promptly with your order details. We may coordinate with the courier partner for investigation.

Courier investigation timelines may vary. Refund, replacement, or resolution will depend on the investigation outcome and applicable store policy.

 


 

14. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be offered only if enabled on our store and available for your location, order value, and product category.

We reserve the right to restrict, disable, or cancel Cash on Delivery for:

  1. high-value orders;

  2. custom-made products;

  3. repeated refusal of delivery;

  4. suspicious activity;

  5. remote locations;

  6. selected PIN codes;

  7. promotional products;

  8. limited edition products;

  9. operational reasons.

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made to the delivery partner at the time of delivery. Refusal to pay or accept delivery may result in cancellation and possible restriction of future COD orders.

 


 

15. Order Cancellation

Cancellation eligibility may depend on the order stage, product type, customisation status, packing status, and shipment status.

A cancellation request may be accepted if the order has not yet been processed, packed, customised, dispatched, or handed over to the courier partner.

We may be unable to cancel an order once:

  1. the order is packed;

  2. the order is dispatched;

  3. the order is out for delivery;

  4. the product is customised;

  5. the product is made-to-order;

  6. the product is part of a final sale or non-cancellable category;

  7. the cancellation window has expired.

If cancellation is accepted for a prepaid order, refund will be processed as per our refund process and payment partner timelines.

We reserve the right to cancel an order from our side for reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing error, payment issue, suspected fraud, delivery restriction, or violation of these Terms.

 


 

16. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return, Refund and Exchange Policy, product-specific return eligibility, and applicable law.

Customers must review product details, size, colour, fabric, and return eligibility before placing an order.

A return or exchange request may be rejected if:

  1. the product is used, washed, altered, damaged, stained, perfumed, torn, or mishandled;

  2. original tags, labels, packaging, or invoice are missing;

  3. the request is made after the applicable return/exchange window;

  4. the product is customised, stitched, altered, personalised, made-to-order, or final sale;

  5. the product is damaged due to customer handling;

  6. the product is returned without approval;

  7. the product does not match the item originally delivered;

  8. the product is affected by normal colour, texture, print, handwork, or fabric variation;

  9. hygiene or product category restrictions apply.

Refunds, where approved, may be made to the original payment method, store credit, wallet, coupon, or any other method permitted by our policy and applicable law.

Shipping charges, COD charges, convenience fees, gift wrapping charges, payment gateway charges, and other non-product charges may be non-refundable unless required by law or specifically stated otherwise.

Refund timelines may vary depending on bank, payment gateway, card network, wallet, or UPI provider processing timelines.

 


 

17. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product, you should contact us promptly with:

  1. order number;

  2. delivery date;

  3. clear photos and videos of the product;

  4. packaging photos;

  5. invoice or order confirmation;

  6. description of the issue.

We may require an opening video or delivery packaging proof for certain claims.

After review, we may offer replacement, exchange, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution, depending on the facts and applicable policy.

Minor colour variation, fabric texture variation, print placement variation, embroidery variation, handmade variation, lighting difference, screen display difference, loose threads that can be trimmed, or natural fabric irregularity may not qualify as a defect.

 


 

18. Customised, Made-to-Order, and Altered Products

Products that are customised, personalised, stitched, altered, made-to-order, pre-ordered, specially sourced, or modified at the customer’s request may not be eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund unless the product is proven to be defective or incorrect as per applicable law and store policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, style preferences, colour choices, design selections, and customisation instructions.

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect measurements, unclear instructions, customer-side changes, or subjective preference differences after custom work has begun.
